REFUND POLICY FOR FUNCTIONS, TICKETS AND PRIVATE BOOKINGS (UPDATED 23RD MAY 2020)

If you have tickets or a function package to visit the show and the show is not going ahead because of government restrictions:

For all cancelled events, the deposit/or full payment will be held in credit. Bookings can now be moved up to 24 months into the future with all fees and deposits held in credit. You can rebook your event at any time.

If you bought tickets, hired an entertainer or waiter for an event but no longer wish to proceed due to concerns about COVID-19, are you entitled to a refund?

If you no longer wish to attend an event due to concerns about COVID-19, this may be treated as a ‘change of mind’. You should contact the event organiser to see if you are entitled to a full or partial refund, credit note or voucher.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FUNCTIONS, PACKAGES AND THE SHOWS

Magic Men wishes to advise you of the following Terms & Conditions concerning our cabaret shows, functions held at our venues and the hiring of private entertainers or a waiter/s.

Guests must be over the age of 18 years old and must be able to provide I.D to guarantee entry.

A deposit is required to secure a booking or a reservation for your group. The final numbers for your group are not required until the week of the event. On the Monday of that week is when we must know your final numbers. The outstanding balance can be paid 1 week prior if you would like to do a bank transfer/EFT payment or on the night when you arrive.

All packages and private lounges are subject to availability. Waiters are provided for the duration of time you’re in the private lounge and are assigned according to the size of your group. Extras may be requested and we are happy to customise packages to suit you, however, additional costs may apply.

A 3% surcharge applies for all Visa and Mastercard credit card payments.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR HOME VISIT PERFORMERS AND WAITERS

Terms and Conditions for booking our entertainers.

You must be over the age of 18 to make a booking and hire our entertainment. We aim to provide quality entertainment to our customers, however, we must first and foremost ensure a safe work environment for our girls/guys. Upon booking your entertainment you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

-All staff are to be respected and must not be touched inappropriately. Staff may allow guided touching ie. thighs, buttocks, or breasts/chest. This choice is up to the individual entertainer and you may only touch the areas he/she directs you to touch.

– You cannot be obscene or insult the performers in any way.

– We will not provide x-rated shows to functions where men are present. 

– You may be required to provide a room for the entertainer to change into his/her costume. If you are planning your entertainer to be a surprise, please let us know when booking. We will organise the performer to be in costume upon arrival.

Please note: as the performers are often fully booked on Fridays & Saturdays the time you book will always be approximate. 

You are required to pay your entertainer in cash on arrival and before the show commences.

 

Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY for functions booked or packages booked

1. The hirer may cancel their booking within 7 days of payment of the deposit, and receive their deposit back in full less the administration fee (20% of the deposit).

2. If the hirer cancels their booking after 7 days of booking, their deposit will not be refunded. 

3. If the hirer cancels their booking within 14 days before the date, the full hire amount is to be paid by the hirer.

4. If the hirer books within 14 days of the booking date, then cancel, the hirer will forfeit the deposit in full.

For late payment, a penalty fee may apply.

Before contacting us to cancel your package due to unforeseen circumstances, please consider a change of date. This way your deposit is safe and it can be used for a future girls night. We allow one free change to your booking date/package. To keep the booking, any subsequent changes will incur a further deposit equivalent to the initial payment made.
Administration fees apply to cancellations and are calculated at 20% of the deposit made.

 

REFUND POLICY for tickets booked to the stage show

Tickets purchased for the stage show are non-refundable, non-redeemable and non-transferable to another person. Please select the date carefully and contact us if you have any enquiries. If an event is rescheduled, you will be offered equivalent seats at the rescheduled event. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event or an event is cancelled entirely, you are entitled to a full credit note of your deposit amount.

 

REFUND POLICY FOR HOME VISIT PERFORMERS AND WAITERS

If you decide to cancel your booking for any reason such as “change of mind” or “event is not going ahead” after paying your deposit, you will forfeit your deposit. We allow one free change to your booking date/package. This is to help you keep the initial deposit and use it for another occasion in the future. To keep the booking, any subsequent changes after this will incur a further deposit equivalent to the initial payment.

Please note, we understand that unforeseeable events (specifically deaths, wedding cancelled, sickness and unforeseen accidents) do occur. With that in mind, we allow one change to the booking free of charge. Any changes after are subject to what we have left and also incur an additional fee equivalent to the deposit. This change must be agreed upon 1) in writing and 2) at least 1 week before the event.
